1. Platform Purpose HE is a professional customization platform exclusively for original content. Users must upload works they own or haveLegal right to use. HE does not edit or modify user content.
2. Infringement ReportingUsers and rights holders can report copyright infringements through our Notice and Takedown Procedure. HE strictly adheres to global intellectual property laws and respects copyright owners’ rights.
3. Rights Holder Takedown NoticeTo request content removal, submit a DMCA-compliant Notice containing:
3.1. Contact Information: Name, address, email, phone number.
3.2. Infringement Details:
○ Title and URL of infringing content.
○ URL of original work (if available).
3.3. Copyright Claim: Statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
3.4. Infringement Justification: Description of how content violates your rights (e.g., identical/similar to your work).
3.5. Good Faith Statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized…”
3.6. Electronic Signature (or physical if required by local law).
Submission: Send to 【[email protected]】. HE will review within 48 hours and remove content if notice is valid.
4. Counter-Notice ProcedureIf content is removed, the uploader can submit a Counter-Notice proving non-infringement. Upon receipt, HE will restore content and notify the original complainant, who may then pursue legal action.
5. Platform Liability HE is a “passive intermediary” protected under safe harbor laws (e.g., DMCA Section 512(c)). We are not liable for:
○ User content legality.
○ Consequences of incorrect takedown notices.
○ Damages resulting from content removal or suspension.
6. Repeat InfringersUsers repeatedly uploading infringing content will be blocked permanently.
7. Jurisdiction & ComplianceThis policy applies globally, but specific actions may be governed by local laws. Users agree to comply with intellectual property laws of their jurisdiction.
We may update this statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
