Custom products are not suitable for resale, and exchanges will only be considered for damaged or defective merchandise. This policy also applies to our limited edition collections. Please note that exchanges for changed personal preferences are not available. Return or Exchanges
We appreciate your choice of our on-demand printing customization services. To ensure a smoother shopping experience, we have optimized our return and exchange policies based on recent customer feedback regarding incorrect size/color orders, address errors, and shipping delays.

Return/Exchange Fee Adjustment
Given our demand-driven production model (Print on Demand), any return or exchange requests due to non-quality-related issues will incur a handling fee of US$9.

Please Note:
Exchanges must match the original order’s color and design exactly.
Returns due to address errors, address changes after shipment, or incorrect phone numbers will incur the US$9 fee.
Color Variation Notice
Due to monitor color differences and unique vintage printing techniques, product colors may vary slightly from screen displays. If returns/exchanges are requested for color discrepancies, the US$9 fee still applies. Please refer to the product details for color variation warnings and consider the physical item as the final reference.
Shipping Delays & Customs Inspections
Delays caused by couriers or customs inspections are beyond our control; full refunds cannot be provided.
If you require a refund despite delays, pay the US$9 fee per item and return the product upon receipt.
Customs inspections are rare, but if occurred, we will assist in tracking until delivery.
Exchange Procedure
Pay the Exchange Fee:
Visit your order page or contact customer service to pay the US$9 exchange fee per item and select the correct size.
Return the Item:
Ship the unworn, original-packaged product to the designated warehouse (address available upon request from customer service)shipping costs are your responsibility.
Submit Request:
Email us with the return tracking number and new size details.
